It won't take long at all to build, nor will it be that expensive.

These things don't take up much space and are in fact, a glorified pole barn/metal structure, they're quite simplistic. There may be a set of restrooms, some water fountains, a couple equipment closets, and maybe one office/multipurpose room for coaches to have a conference or something, but other than that, probably nothing. Maybe some catwalks along the 2nd story level of the sideline walls for camera crew to film practices and such.Would definitely be a nice unit to have, obviously the weather in FL can be erratic year-round. Could be used for:footballsoccertrackbaseball/softballand other sports for doing sprints/runningTechnically, it could be made larger with an indoor track, but I don't think there would be adequate room for spectator seating - in that case, it would have to be A LOT larger.Plus, you could have the Bucs practices in there from time to time, as well as John Gruden's fun little QB camps and such. Another good marketing tool to have when we have "U"'s and logos plastered all over it.
