First, why is Spencer's Sign and the one posted by HappyHourHero are different?

Second, we need an updated picture up on the blog for every game.  That is, I would like to see the sign after the Notre Dame game what it says and so on and so on....

The one Spencer showed is the one inside the lockerroom in the Southwest corner of the lockerroom.
