what is this event?

Coaches Holtz and Heath came by Dallas and Atlanta where there are out-of-state Bulls Clubs to meet with alumni who might not get a chance to get down to a lot of games in Tampa or be part of Tampa Bay area happenings.  The coaches just mingled for a while and spoke about what is going on in their respective sports and answered questions that anyone had.  It was more or less a thank you for out of town Bulls for continuing to support the sports programs and university.

wow! that's awesome!  how do we get them to come up here to Chicago?!

Chicago is in the plans.  So is Philadelphia, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and we'll continue to visit New York, Atlanta, and Dallas.  We won't be able to do all in one year but the hope is to visit each place no less than every other year.

We typically do it during the BIG EAST Men's Basketball Tournament.  We did an event in New Jersey wtih Ken Eriksen and Lelo Prado in April.  We'll be back soon.  Make sure we have a correct email.  You can send it to bullsclub@admin.usf.edu.

No official date yet but  hopefully with in the next 12-18 months we'll do an event there.  Same thing with Philadelphia and DC.  Chicago is a definite this fall!

we just had our alumni meet up last week and members from the alumni association came up from tampa.  would it be a similar format?  bar setting and some meet/greets?

I think they are hoping to do it before the Notre Dame game.
