Manny is a mercenary so I don't feel bad for him at all.  Looks like he cheated and got nailed AGAIN so good riddance.  They've already purchased the contract for Kotchman to take his spot.  Not so sure I'm elated with that decision...Rather see one of these young OF phenoms come up and move Damon to DH.

The Rays just got better.

i understand where this comment comes from because he can be a cancer, but the Rays just lost their #4 hitter. 

im not sure they just got better. 

say what you want about Manny but he is a feared bat and you cant really replace that
