He just signed a contract extension at the end of last season.  It really doesn't matter what fans think.  Heath will be here for several more years.

I know it doesn't matter what the fans think, I also know that yes he will be here at least two more years.  I hope he is here for 20 more years (thats the trust I have he will turn USF around) IT just seems as though some intelligent minds think we need to get rid of SH since there are so many other quality coaches that can take us to the Final Four next year

Just to answer the question (I don't think Heath is going anywhere)

USF would owe base salary through life of contract if terminated without cause. Base salary is $325,000 and life of contract runs through March 2015.

So about $1.6 million total for life of contract.

This question is asked to the Fans.....I believe we could upgrade.  I know the next question is who, but there would be many coaches that could fill the slot, especially and X an O type of coach that could handle the Big East.

If base is $325K what gets it up the $900K reported when he was given the extension?

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
