CA is a pro, so I wasn't surprised when she kept going as if nothing happened ... however, those that chalk this up to nervousness or pressure ... get real.  This chick has been singing in front of millions quite a few times before.  This type of atmosphere, while unique, is not that new to her.  She screwed up the NATIONAL ANTHEM.  It's inexcusable in my opinion.

I agree that it is inexcusible. She was so caught up in making the song her own instead of just singing it.
