It doesn't look like their site has been updated much.  It does mention 2005 tryout info, however.

He originally said he only played one game, but then Brett caught him in the lie that he actually played in three or four games and he fessed up to that.

IMO, I don't think he broke any NCAA rules or regulations.

The SPT reported that he s NOT enrolled, despite what TBO said.

So, right now it's a moot point.
