He's not saying why, but Holtz has witnessed things in practice this year that tell him a DOMINANT OL is the key to our success beginning next year:

A dominant OL would open holes for out running backs, and allow more time to find ope receivers.

I cant find anything saying we even offered this guy...we cant possible have many spots left so we have to be saving them for guys we really need like Scott, Gonzalez and Watson
