Around the players or the staff?

The players don't look at the bowl things so anything they say i would disregard, their focus is on Saturday and nothing else. I know players were talking USF v ECU in the BOB bowl AFTER USM already accepted invite and they also thought USF v FSU in Champs. They don't focus on what ifs...they focus on what they need to do for saturday.

Syracuse is going right where we all expected them to go. 

Maryland and Notre Dame have both finished their seasons.  It would seem if the Champs Sports Bowl selection committee were ready to extend an offer to either or both of them, they would have done so already.  I bet they're waiting to see how we do against UConn. 

Beat UConn and we're bowling in Orlando.
