Our women's soccer team is playing in the first round of the NCAA tournament against Auburn tonight. It will be at 7pm at the Seminole Soccer Stadium. If you can, come out and support our team! There's a group of us students going up, and we could use all the noise we can get! The girls really do feed off the energy. So come out, be loud, and

USF beat Auburn 3-1 tonight, and advances to play Florida State in the second round at 1pm Sunday in Tallahassee. Here's a bracket for anyone who wants it:

I'm not 100% sure, but looking at the bracket, if we defeat FSU, then we either go to Marquette or host Wisconsin.

Congrats indeed. I'm fairly new to the boards and I'm wondering what the hell the War Flamingo and War Eagle mean.

War Eagle is a cheer/mascot that Auburn uses.  Following our win against them in football, someone begun bringing a pink, inflatable flamingo to the football games. It got dubbed the War Flamingo.  Never caught on with people, and some people absolutely hated it.  Its turned into a running joke here on the board.

FSU is gonna roll USF unfortunately.

FSU is playing with a chip on it's shoulder after the ACC commissioner suspended their head coach from the 1st round for "laying down" in the ACC tournament (since they were already gonna be a high seed in the tourny).

The coach should have been reprimanded for that.
