See that is the problem.....most seem to have their 2011 schedule DONE. We on the other hand have 2 openings.....what are we Rutgers?!?

I doubt they want USF on that schedule... they might prefer BCC or another smaller FCS school to be the opener.Howard dreams big. And uf, msu nor auburn going to Boca. SJSU actually has 13 games scheduled since they play at Hawaii.

Assuming we go the MAC, CUSA or Sun Belt route for this last game here is what we have to choose from:Sun BeltLouisiana Layfayette needs 2 gamesLouisiana Monroe needs 2North Texas needs 2MTSU needs 1Arkansas State needs 1CUSA UTEP needs 2 gamesHouston needs 2MACAll the Directional Michigan schools need 2 (East, West & Central)Miami OH needs 1 Road gameAkron Needs 2 Kent State needs 2And then the wildcard is BYU needs 3.....and we have heard the rumor that BYU wanted to play 2 Florida schools (i.e. UCF and USF) So there you have it. Nothing real appealing in that list besides Houston, BYU, maybe UTEP if you want to have a good memory in that stadium.

From what I am aware, their fans travel well.
Guest nybullsfan
I thinl it'll be BYU as the non- BCS. I posted the quote from XM Radio - it was an ex-BYU player, now an analyst. No official word yet (that I've seen) on BYU's scheduling strategy. Even so, I think it's a go.
