I suspect if I were in his shoes, and if USF beats UF tomorrow, I would be yelling expletives and would be pissed.

I don't know how he cannot be bitter at this point.  Lost his dream job.  Watched the DCF take his baby away.  Embattled in a multi million lawsuit.  Probably lost some of his property to inability to pay.

If I were Syracuse (or FAU or FIU), I'd hire him as HC as he would take the next 5 years figuring out a way to squash USF.

For you to say that just shows me you really don't know Jim Leavitt.  I know you said that is how you feel and I am sure alot of folks would but trust me on this one not CJL.

He made his bed, so let sleep in it.   I'm glad he's gone, and Skip Holtz is our HC.

do you appreciate what CJL did for USF football ?

Sure, he was a good starter coach.

CJL certainly built the foundation.  It's sad things turned out the way they did.  Hopefully both Leavitt and USF eventually find themselves in a good situation.  Even with the best of itentions, sometimes partnerships just don't last.  Hopefully there will be a settlement soon and everyone can move past the blame game.
