We ended up having blackened rib-eyes, roasted potatoes, and salad. Of course plenty of chips and salsa. Next week is still up in the air.

I can't promise they'll have gator in stock, but I've seen it there most of the times I've been in the meat and seafood area... last time I was in town was around Christmas and they had some then.

Here's a map that shows their location

And for added fun they have a facebook account that is really active, send them a message and ask!

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”
