You need to edit your title to read "UCF receiving votes" ... I'm guessing it's David Jones considering he voted for them at the end of last year:

The guy who voted for them is Mike Hlas of the Cedar Rapids Gazette. But that's OK, he has Middle Tennessee at #24.  :o
