What are the NCAA rules regarding pre-transfer contact? Are the coaches even allowed to contact anybody?

With all these transfers possibly coming in and out, I'm getting them mixed up.  Aycock is the one who could be eligible this year if he receives a hardship waiver, right?  That would be super if we could get him in the lineup this season.

I know Bowens will be able to play this year which will be huge for depth at wr. Not sure about Aycock or the the transfer from ND. Anyone hear anything else on transfer from USC?

I presume you are talking about TJ Bryant. If so, I read a thread on a USC message board yesterday which said he just announced he's not transferring.
