Won't his leaving negatively impact USF's APR??

It happens when new coaches come in, if a player like Sinclair is the one to transfer out...who cares?...

I don't know if it hurts the APR or not though.

Correct me if I am wrong...only if he is leaving with below-average grades.  If he is leaving with a 2.0 or higher, we're good.
