You (unfortunately) don't often see players taking pride in having a good work ethic both on AND off the field. Kudos to the coaching staff! That, to me, is very impressive.BJ can throw a ball up and this guy should be able to go get it. Also seemed to be pretty strong after the catch. NormalBull Posted May 7, 2010 Group: Member Topic Count: 0 Content Count: 1,797 Reputation: 1 Days Won: 0 Joined: 08/20/2002 Share Posted May 7, 2010 This was a very astute move by the staff after going through spring practices. This guy is basically a bigger, slightly slower version of Landi at wide out. IF Evan has to move to QB (heaven forbid) Knowles would be a great bailout receiver for Evan and would provide some of the same dynamics as what Evan would produce at the wideout spot. Great way to protect the season. Knowles' nickname should be Allstate. That's what I am going to call him. He has the good hands AND he makes it easier to give Landi enough reps at QB to give us some insurance that we will have moderately decent QB play in a (hope we NEVER see it) scenario where BJ is unable to play.Good move CSH and staff.Normal

It definitely adds another target for bj this year. Hopefully none of the accident injuries he suffered come back to haunt him.
