There have been rumors circulating that the SEC has offered FSU and Clemson to join the SEC.  JP on his afternoon show also mentioned it.  This could be the start of a snowball effect that could alter the makeup of several conferences.  If FSU and Clemson join the SEC, and the Big Ten raids the Big East, USF could be in play to join the ACC, which would be great for the Bulls, closer travel for all sports and warmer weather for football.

If ACC adds 4, USF will be added, if they only add 2, we may get left out.

The SEC won't split that contract up anymore than they have to until it's up.

No way it's true

Why do we get left out? Who do they take over us?

As much as I want it to be true, I don't think the SEC would do it unless they needed to expand because the other BCS conferences did.

Assuming Rutgers, Pitt, and Syracuse go to B10, possibly WVU, UConn, and UofL.  We'll get in before Cincy.  If ACC goes to 16, I could see USF, WVU, UL, and UConn going in as a group.

ACC would definitely take USF and WVU as its first choices.
