LOL. It is all sourgrapes about our so called dirt recruiting. They are still mad that USF has Johnny Peyton. They know **** well that Peyton is going to be scoring TDs like crazy once we get a QB. PITT should do the right thing and give up that BCS bid to UL. UL would at least beat Utah unlike what Pitt will do. PITT may very well embarrass the new BIG EAST on national TV by getting blow out by UTAH. I am pulling for Pitt to win that BCS game, but I just was not that impressed with their program. They played a very down USF team this season. I can promise you that UTAH wont be down which is why I think PITT will get destroyed by the UTES.

Utah would beat Louisville.  I don't think people really realize just how good they are.  If you watched a couple of their games, you would see that they have a very balanced offense and solid defense.  Also, everyone is basing Louisville on the Miami game.  While I think Louisville is a good team, remember that Miami could very well end up with four losses this year.

I think Boise State will be enough for Louisville to handle.  They should be thankful they are not playing Utah.  We remember what happended to the TCU, Louisville and USM last year in the bowls.

Guru,

I agree that UTAH is a good team. I feel sorry for Pitt because they may get blown out in that game. I still think UL would give Utah a better game out of it because of their offense. It would have been a very high scoring game.

we should have started hall

we didn't play our best

I beleive the Trib said he was questionable becuase of an injury... That would be the only explanation that is acceptable for not starting him.

Louisville and Texas are hands down the best one loss teams in the country behind Cal. Louisville would smoke an undefeated Utah. On the otherhand, Pitt is going to get beat down pretty bad. I don't know what the line is for the Boise St game, but Louisville will cover and some. Take it as a sure bet. Utah covers 15 against Pitt. Pitt couldn't stop our anemic offense... how the hell are they going to stop Alex Smith?

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
