if we are going to be recruiting 6'8" linemen we better start to recruit some taller QBs.  :)

Ideally speaking Jake won't be seeing the field for at least a year maybe 2, while big, he still needs to transform his body into a BCS level OT, he's still a bit soft and if Coach McKeefrey  is still around he will take that time to mold him into a physical specimen

Actually, ideally he'd be good enough to take over right away.  That's not going to happen, but it would mean that he's really good.

I just watched a HS highlight reel of this guy and he is pancaking D linemen on just about every play. I mean, Jake is a BIG dude. This is a great recruit.

He needs to play with lower pad level but he looks like he could be a stud.  Problem is that the guys at the next level will be more similar to his size so he will not be able to manhandle them as easy.  With some good teaching and the drive to be the best he could really do a lot for this oline!
