I would LOVE to have Dungy involved in ANY capacity with our new coach search.

Exactly ... I just wanted to have fun with it.

But it still doesn't explain his FL state laws he's broken.

the H/C tag kind of makes sense. There is no parking on campus, and if Tony Dungy is there, administration probably doesn't want him to be spotted by 13,000 people walking from the garage next to the marshall center all the way over to the athletics building.

I don't condone it necessarily, but it would make sense for them to tell him to do that.

They have parking passes they can give (that are not handicap), unless they already started construction, plenty of spaces by Athletics. And they have the reserved spots for state vehicles he could use too. Idk, maybe Dungy has an old knee injury or something. Not everyone who uses it has a visible disability.

Nothing to it, he is in crisis management mode with the team probably.

Yep.  First thought he is talking to players about being patient and having trust in the program, wider perspective, etc.  Second though he is giving general advisement to hiring authorities on a direction for the program.
