DENVERBULL Posted December 1, 2004 Group: Member Topic Count: 21 Content Count: 382 Reputation: 1 Days Won: 0 Joined: 03/14/2003 Share Posted December 1, 2004 In regards to football, until USF builds a winning tradition, most Florida kids would rather play two years at UF than four years at USF. With our basketball team being what it is, can you blame the kid?
Guest HowieP1
It wouldn't have made a difference if Ingram got to play football at UF anyway. The Sheriff would work his voodoo magic. Look what happened to Brent Schaeffer, he played and broke his collarbone and is back on the bench. ;D

Plus, you don't who's coming in but they may not be as good a recruiter as the Zooker. Corny may be in a pretty good spot ........... Midgett too if he stopped and thought about it. How many true freshmen get tons of minutes on a team that is not in rebuilding mode?Mistake or not-- the outcome has plenty of twists and turns remaining for this young guy. I'll reserve judgement on his UF future for the future. I agree he would be a star at USF possibly-- but it is his decision so maybe we should just let it go already. He is just not ready for the next level. He will need at least 1 more year. 1 more yr for ingram on the bench.
