Cincy should be in over Texas regardless.  They play in a much tougher conference.  The Big 12 is at the BOTTOM of all the BCS conferences vs. other BCS conferences.   The fact Texas leapfrogged Cincy is clearly evidence of media bias against the second toughest (and pretty darn close to 1st) conference in America.  Argue what you will, but the out if conference records say so for the last 5 years.
