Say what you want about Gregory being fired/re-assigned but that act had already gone on too long.Yeah, two whole years. How long should you give someone? Two games? Three? The changes needed go beyond just making changes in coaches, it also applies to the recruiting budget.

Just about every good coach was a "nobody" at one point and time. The key is we need to go outside of the program and bring some fresh ideas and philosophies to the offensive side of the ball. The defense as a whole was pretty young this year and we were forced to lean on them too hard due to the ineptitude of the offense.

Once down 21-3, why are we continuing to run up the middle? We burned three long ones in the FSU game. Why were we not testing their deep defense consistently? It seemed that we were playing not to lose instead of to win. When fans in the stands can call the next play before it is run there is a problem with the playcalling.Could not had said it better myself... :clapThis is the fault of a piss poor Offensive Coordinator... if we are going to move to the next level of play then we need a next level offensive coordinator that can do more then run up the middle and then run a qb keeper.Tresey is doing a good job at defense and hopefully should improve, our d is young and we had to lean on them thanks to a limp offensive. He constantly sticks with inferior assistants, sticks with players that are not performing, and sticks with schemes that are failing. He is stubborn to his core and that will be his ultimate undoing at USF. Winners pull offensive players to defense, defensive players to offense, move young guys who are performing into starting roles, move players around to help the team succeed, not the individual. He has that ability but has failed to pull the trigger at anytime except when someone fumbles. Why does it happen with runners but not with QBs? Funny, huh!
