This has been the norm for a while.  The bulls lack discipline.  Starts at the top.

It is that simple.  If you break down our penalties that is the reason.

Person fouls after the play, illegal motion, these are discipline.

holding, chop blocks, come from being beat, lack of talent.  

The issue we have now is that we are under the scope and everything gets called.
