Can't say that I am surprised by this...

MO’S STILL THE MAN: Running backs coach Carl Franks said if the Cincinnati game was tomorrow Mo Plancher would remain the starter.

We'll still see more of Ford than Mo in the Cincy game regardless of who starts.

Even Ben Williams put up more than 41 yards in a 3 game span

doesn't make any sense. its obvious ford is getting the job done when plancher isn't. i don't know what else ford can do to show that he is the most talented RB. it's obvious he gives us the best chance in the running game.

But the coaches "trust" him. He has done SOOOOO much in the 5 game season (3 AA opponents) that he can keep his job because we don't like Mike Ford

I don't care who starts but Ford better get the vast majority of the carries.

Ford is the man, Mo is just gonna be out there on the first offensive play.

I don't know what goes on in practice....but sitting on my couch watching the Syracuse game it was pretty clear that Ford was "the man".  When it was 4th and inches and he knocked that LB on his a$$ and walked into the endzone it felt like the beast of 2007 had been re-awakened.  I know there is a lot more to the position than just running people over.....but it's a pretty important part of it!

look at it this way it doesn't matter. MO got the start vs SU but Ford received the majority of the carries. MO's a SR he will get the start

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
