It will be interesting.  With the so called 'quick strike" offense the Bearcat offense is hardly on the field.  They get on - score and get off - with the no huddle.  This year unlike prior seasons the Bulls are somewhat like that with alot of long balls.  USF will find out how good their defense is when Cinci comes to town.  Cinci will find out how good they really are.  Kelly has had our number the last 3 years but this may be different.  Cinci looked like world beaters against Rutgars but then they barely get by Miami of Ohio an 0-5 team.  I do know Cinci will be coming  at you for 60 minutes so which ever team plays 60 minutes will win.

UC was up 20 on Miami to start the game and they won by 24. Dont understand the barely getting by.

Wasn't it 23-13 in the 3rd quarter?  I guess that's what some people are questioning..

Yes. They scored off a penalty and then they onside kicked it.

Also Miami was starting a QB who didnt play most of the season. He was solid.

To Pike4Heisman's quick strike comment:

Here is the TOP for their last game against Miami, OH:

Possession Time UC 19:09 Miami 40:51

Pike4Heisman, your first drive was 4:10, what took so long?  :D

Yeah, he put up Pike-like numbers, does that give you any pause?

I am not sure if that is suppose to be a insult...

Cincy is catching the bearcat fever. They will sell out nippert the rest of the year.

However I still believe the Bengals own this town.

It was an honest Question.  We've been in the Shadow of the Bucs and the other big colleges in Florida for quite some time.

I doubt we sell out this game...  I'm assuming we'll pull in about 50K, but 65.5K is capacity.

Also if you look to see UC's Points per minute on the field it is INSANE.

Their average touchdown drive takes under 3 minutes.

Only one took over 5 minutes. They score without problems very quickly.

Well at 23-13  and Miami on the 3 yard line they took a shot on fourth down and missed.  That to me was a game changing moment.  If they go in it may be a different game.  And that was late in the game so  I don't see that as an "in the bag" game.

If the key to winning this game is to "smack Pike in the face" then I'm confident about winning the game. Our defensive line is one of the most dominant lines in all of the NCAA this season.

It should be a great game and I can't wait.
