The defense could not produce turnovers last year. We lead the nation in 2007 and fell off to like 98th last year. Complain about the offense all you want, but USF goes as the defense goes. It always has.

We haven't played a game, yet, so nobody has complained about anything. My point is, complaining about the offense is practically all we did last year, while the D was not producing turnovers and not as good as the 2007 squad. The defense needs to produce more turnovers and protect the secondary, period. If it doesn't, look for the pretty much same result as 08.

To me I'm stating the obvious, but then again, maybe not.
