6. Best Overall Restaurant......The Colombia in Ybor, so many delicious meals there, and just an all round cool place to eat.

7. Best BBQ.....Locally definitely Luptons, since i can literally walk there.

Pinellas' Best...

1. THEE Best Cuban Sandwich is located at a small deli across the street from the St. Pete/Clw airport down the street from the 49th street jail.  You might question what the hell the name of the place is, but it really doesn't matter...  they have the best cubans and they sell machettis to boot !

Now THAT's a blast from the past!  When I got out of the Air Force in 79, I moved to Dunedin and I went to work at the St. Pete/Clearwater airport.  I used to get dinner (I worked the swing shift) at that deli.  They had great cubans then and apparently still carry on the tradition!  I remember seeing crab cakes there along with some other stuff I don't eat and didn't recognize.  Yes, their cubans are worth trying.
