Anybody else really excited see what Joe Tressey can do at USF?

Cincinatti has been one of the most frustrating teams to play since joining the BE....they've had our number every year. I've always been impressed with their defense.

I like to think that Tressey had more to do with it than Kelley. If that's the case, and he had that much success in Gawd-forsaken Ohio...imagine what he can do with Florida talent.

I am SO SO SO excited about the hiring of Tressey. More excited than I was with the Stan Heath hire, and I was ******* ecstatic when they hired Heath. I really think Tressey is going to be the difference when the conference games start. We will win the Big East because we hired him.

Very excited and the bonus is the influence that has been acknowledged that he is having on Canales.  Our O will be better because of Tressey as well!!

Will see if Joe can get the Bulls to execute consistent gap control, not over run, and get a pass rush from someone other than GS.

i have faith that he will create a very effective defense. i have my doubts in some areas, but the real test comes 9/26 in Tallahassee. we've got fall workouts and a light schedule for the first 3 weeks. that leaves plenty of time to iron out the doubts.

when our offense cant produce, i can still optimistic that our defense can keep opponents from the end zone (perhaps even put up some numbers themselves )

I am excited about Tressey but I also think Blackwell will bring value to the team as well.  USF will not be good this season unless they can annihilate teams on defense.
