I liked it... i was definitely surprised that Tony was alive but figured there was a method to his apparent madness.

The first two hours were rather boring, I thought.  Things picked up last night.  Best scene of the night was when Jack asks the three (Bill, Chloe and Tony) who they are working with.  The look on his face, when they said "Just Us" was perfect. 

The FBI agent is getting annoying already.

Enjoyed the first 4 hours. I knew there was no way that Tony could be bad! I'm diggin Agent Walker (Mrs. Jack Bauer) and I don't like the FBI director. Also praying for an appearance from Audrey Raines and Jack's daughter, definitely easy on the eyes!

My question is... how can it be "just them"  (Bill, chloe, tony)...

if it was, who got the sniper out of the basement, and who is the leak in the fbi?

That's the question of the hour. At first I thought he would be with "them" since Tony got the guy out and then realized that Tony is "bad" so it has to be Emmerson's man on the inside.

It's just them that are helping Tony and now Jack undercover.  The whole sniper FBI thing was orchestrated by the people Tony is working for/investigating undercover.

I guess that would make sense, and would help prevent suspicion, as if Bill got the shooter out of the basement, Emerson would have been suspicious.

I still have loose ends on this episode... good thing I've got a week to tie them together.
