Navy is no longer on the '09 schedule.  Army and Navy will alternate every year against RU.  Buffalo backed out of the remainder of games with RU.  Rutgers has to schedule 3 teams for the '09 season.  RU was close to signing a deal for a home and home with Boston College.  ESPN was trying to pull the strings for this game.  Talk may start again to try for the '09 season since both are still looking for an OCC.  I'm guessing the 1AA team might be Nova or maybe Rhode Island since RI HC is the former Assistant HC for Rutgers last year.  I do know Michigan St. has expressed interest in restarting the series again.  Not sure when both sides are willing to do it.  It probably can't be before the '10 season.

Only few really exciting games.  I think USF might take the cake playing UM, but I'd say WVU @ Auburn could rival, and possibly the Ville @ Utah.

USF @ FSU and Miami @ USF will be 2 of the 5 best OOC games for the Big East next year.  Now let's see if we can win.

I would say it's been on par with USF.  Last year was UNC, Fresno St. and Navy.  Before that they had UNC, Ill. and Navy.  This year is Maryland and talk for for BC thru ESPN or Kansas St. to open the newly completed stadium.  It hasn't been much different than USF with Kansas, Elon and someone else.  The bottom line is can USF beat RU?
