You can check who USF offered on Scout without being a member. It's probably not ever a complete list, but it's a start. Just click on "offer" and it lists prospects who have one.

On that list one stands out for me - Kadron Boone. That kid is something else. Saw a bunch of film on him last year while preparing for some teams. If he doesnt end up one of the top WR's in Florida I will be surprised. I hope we are going after him hard. He makes scoring TDs look easy.

That's 39 official visits, not 39 offers.  The list of actual offers is hard to know unless someone on the staff gave you the actual names.  Also, the lists on scout and rivals are not always 100% accurate as most of the information is received from the kids themselves or their coaches.

Stars being handed out.  Carnes and Powell are both 3 stars on Scout.  Powell is 3 stars on Rivals also and Carnes is not yet rated.

It seems to me like USF has offered a lot of kids already, at a pretty early stage. Is that normal? I'm not really familiar enough with recruiting to know about high school juniors.

And there are some pretty good players on that list, but Scout still has interest level at "medium" for everyone. Are any of the four-star guys players that USF has a good chance at, or who have expressed interest?

There are guys that are "offered" at this point who do not have a committable offer.  A lot less guys have written offers.  As I understand it, the staff has a big board of players (not literally) and they offer who they believe are the best, and who they believe they have a reasonable shot at or the kid is interested.

For example, last year they were pursuing 4-star QB Nathan Scheelhaase out of Missouri.  Only reason was because he had another link to the program.  They thought they had a shot because of other connections. 

I like Powell and Carnes, not because their 3 stars, but because they are commits this early which means that they were high on the staff's board.

I don't feel like counting how many offers we have out but I read that Miami has like 120 out and Tenessee has like 187, lol.
