Memphis appeared on ESPN/ESPN2 for the third game in four weeks as the Tigers played their final regular season game for 2004 in Tampa against the South Florida Bulls. Memphis rode the shoulders of DeAngelo Williams as the junior broke his school single game rushing record with 263 yards. Memphis broke out to an early comfortable lead and held USF in check the rest of the game to bring home their eighth win of the season. After the game, Memphis was invited to the GMAC Bowl in Mobile, Alabama. TD DeAngelo! another DeAngelo TD! FG is GOOD! Memphis wins 31-15 just a little trip down memory lane...i'm ready to get this game started!

I can gaurantee you Memphis will not have a 200 yrd rusher, as a matter of fact you will be lucky to have a 100 yrd rusher. But best of luck to you and your Tigers either way. That brings up our secondary... can Memphis pass? It's a bowl game, if I were them, that's all I'd do. ugh. :Bang

I expect you guys will have to double and triple George Selvie. Is your left tackle good enough to do it alone? Are your WRs good? We are susceptible to the long ball on occasion. We are susceptible to the long ball on occasion.we have an experienced line...but i'll be curious to see how they stack up against USF...WR is our deepest position...and our QB is just getting back healthy.the real question will be our suspect D...if we can't stop USF from scoring, it'll all be a moot point. Don't worry, we'll help you out by stopping ourselves from scoring from time to time. :
