My old high school in Massachusetts has been playing football for well over 100 years, but I doubt they're gonna beat us anytime soon. Though you never know... Other teams are young too and you see them succeed. It is a lack of discipline, lack of respect, and lack of wanting to play. These players have had it too good, and they need a huge spanking, and they are getting it. So do the coaches. It is one big cluster f*&k. It's too bad too and a slap in the face of all who have played before this team for USF!!! So much promise, so little effort!!!

And by real, I assume you mean Southern Cal, even though South Carolina is a much older school. We're rebuilding. We had some key losses on defense and their replacements haven't stepped up. Also, we really don't have an adequate QB.What do you want CJL to say right in the middle of the season? Unlike some of you, I hope he and the team don't think the season is lost. Things don't look good now, but this team still might come together. We have a game in two days. Army's over, we need to focus on Louisville. For those of you that have written the team off already, shame on you. It's okay to be upset about the loss, but there's still 6 games left to play.Remember, recently the Redsox were down 0-3 in the ALCS. Now it's all tied up. bulls87 Posted October 20, 2004 Group: Member Topic Count: 1 Content Count: 127 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 10/06/2004 Share Posted October 20, 2004 The season is not over until the clock reads 0:00 at the Pitt game but for our bowl chances the next 2 games will mean alot. Yes we have 6 games left but the next 2 can make the last 4 meaningless. So we do need to take it one game at a time and yes JL has pulled rabbits out of the hat before. We do have a chance to win up in L'Ville if JL turns some things around but on talent and depth alone I don't think it will happen. We need to play that "Perfect" game and we just don't have the dicipline nor skill to do that right now...MY OPINION.So we can hope, pray, and wear all of our lucky gear we want but we won't know until the whistle blows to start the game and the whistle blows again to stop the game.
