Amarii made several big catches in his career, but he was a victim of his own success.  Once he had the Louisville game - undeniably a ONCE IN A LIFETIME game - he was expected to repeat the feat.  Unfortunately in our offense, the chance are slim.  We tend to throw to 8 receivers and not one or two.  Amarri was a great team mate in that he was supportive of the team regardless of score.  He did what he could on the sidelines keeping guys ready and he was great to the fans.  But he's dropped passes, and never had another once in a lifetime game and therefore, the hyenas dump him into the bash bin.

Amarri was one of USF's "Impact Players" in NCAA 06.

interestingly, Mike Ford is one of our "Impact Players" in NCAA 09.

kinda odd to have an "impact player" that doesn't even step foot on the field  until the 2nd to last drive of the 4th quarter.

And in NCAA '08, they somehow had Jenkins 3rd on the depth chart at CB. Kinda odd that the coaches would start the 3rd best corner on the team  ???
