I find him hilarious personally.  You can tell by the sly smile he shoots after his tirades that he knows exactly what he's doing.  Hes in my top 3 as far as characters on the show goes.

That's hilarious.  Every time he talks (yells) I laugh.  I agree, he is a great character on the show.

Oddly enough, I'm currently reading the book.  I don't get HBO, so I guess that's a good thing.
