I think its a great move by Woolard. Seeing that we have the toughest home schedule ever that year. This is a perfect road game to set up.

Yes indeed!  What? Did you want them to schedule a Top 10 team on the road with the already brutal home schedule? That would have made a ton of sense!!!

Don't forget we have a brutal road schedule in 2010 @Miami, @UF, @WVU and @UL. So adding an easy game at home that year is a REALLY good idea. LOL

I don't care who we play, especially if we replace the Gnats.  HOWEVER, it should be a 2-for-1.  That is the only truly embarassing part.

Seems to me this is a nostalgia/hand up game. WKU is making the transition from IAA. It wasn't so long ago we were in that same spot.

Of course.

Like you I was hoping we would get a 2-1 with them. But, it is on short notice and therefore we don't have much bargaining power. I'm sure they could get plenty of teams to play them 2-1 and therefore they wouldn't need USF. Considering the difficulty of our schedule, especially in 2010, I understand why we agreed to it. I'm NOT happy about it.
