Kick out the basketball only schools, and add two schools.

Big East basketball is too good, there are some darn good teams that wont make the tourney because they have to beat up on each other.

Who are the basketball only schools, Marquette and DePaul?  I never liked them as a fit in the league to begin with.  They fit with playing the Midwestern teams such as Notre Dame, Louisville, and Cincinnati but who cares.
