Not too long ago, USF's football schedule was rarely released to public before JUNE! Let's be thankful we could have it in February.

Other conferences are scheduled years in advance and it is very hard for some that the BE is only 6-7 months ahead of time.

Other conferences such as SEC and ACC set their schedule years in advance. ESPN or CBS or ABC then come to those conferences and set up to televise whichever games they want and they have to deal with the date that is set. HOWEVER, for the Big East, ESPN, etc. contact them before they make their schedule to put in requests for certain games or days they want to see a matchup. That is why it takes so much longer for our conference, they are catering to the national TV market before setting dates.

I heard that there is no schedule.

Teams are just supposed to show up at other schools and challenge the other team to a duel on the field.

No more helmets either.
