You basically got a group of friends who went to the same high schools and valued early playing time more than competing for a BCS bowl game. It'll be interesting to see how many don't qualify academically...

I think FTU was when they were the "citronaughts." I can't find the pic of their mascot right now, but it was an orange with an astronaut helmet. Pretty awesome.

WTF is going on with Miami Central, the coach there is channeling  his kids to UCF. Jose Jose came to announce wearing a USF hat as a ruse. Sending your HS players to UCF, how in the world can that be better then USF? One of the group bailed for Kentucky last second. I say, whoever we got playing Center when we win the BCS game in the next 4 years, during the trophy presentation, should be waiting a UCF hat, lol.

Yup they will all come in with a chance to start but at USF, not so much.

Actually it started with Godfrey, the QB.  They loved him down there and once they got Godfrey on board....the rest followed.  He's a special player and apparently a special guy, all around.  It's a pretty good pipeline to start up! 

Besides....it's not just playing time, except for Godfrey and BJ Daniels being a sophomore.  A lot of those kids would get playing time at USF, right away, though.  I'm pretty sure that USF would be looking at Reese to start soon, as well.

The fact of the matter is...UCF's recruiting is better than half of the Big East this year (including USF) in rankings, period.  You can't shrug that off knowing that if UCF can recruit with USF or even rank higher with a non-BCS conference tag...just imagine what it'd be like for UCF with one?  Scary thought...for USF.
