Hey, congratulations to all of them.  What an awesome career move for both Frey and Smith.   I may never liked Smith as an OC, but he is a good guy and proud of him.  Nice little family tree that Leavitt has going.  Frey, Smith and Magee at the winningest program of all time.  Earl Lane in the championship game at LSU and Kravitz as the DC at Memphis.  Not too shabby.

I guess in the one hand it will be cool that USF will have a close tie to Michigan...  but - again...  WOW!  lol

Smith will not be OC, that would be Calvin McGee (ex USF assistant).

Ahh..  I guess I should have read the article first, eh?  I was just in shock...

So now, having read the article - what the heck is RS going to be doing up there in Mich??

FYI,

Coach Kravitz was recently fired by Memphis as the DC. I hope Kravitz can find a job somewhere as he was a good guy at USF.

Calvin Magee goes from sitting on top of a mini-press box at Elon to being the OC in the Big House.  Pretty neat.
