Why does each league have to have it's own refs?  Why can't the NCAA have a national pool of refs.  That way they could all get the same training and avoid favoritism.

This year especially the refs have definitely tried to dictate the games.  I thought it was just us until the WV Pitt game and it was so clear even ESPN was calling it.
