1) They were ahead of USF last week in the Coaches and Harris polls.  The AP poll has no bearing on the BCS.

2) They actually lost ground in the Sagarin -- USF moved up 1 while Cincy dropped 2, that's a 3 point swing in one computer poll.  If it happens in the rest, USF is guaranteed to be ahead of UC in the BCS.

Read Bret's blog.  The guy from collegebcs.com says USF will be ahead of Cincy in the BCS rankings.

It is possible Rezz... if the Harris voters increase the gap between Cincy and USF enough... and the computers don't change much...

USF was only ahead by .025 in the last BCS standings... The coaches poll has narrowed that to .022.

... that would be .066 in the Harris poll... so if the gap between Cincy and USF is greater than 257 points in the Harris poll (it was 70 pts last week) -- and the computer polls gap remains the same, Cincy would edge out USF.
