Dave Rothman, a friend and a pioneer in the mathematics of sports ratings, died in 2004.  His margin-of-victory based system ("FACT") was used by the BCS until 2002.  FACT is in the public domain, its results are posted here.

Wolfe's site says:

The next ratings will be posted Sunday, November 25 at 1:15 pm PST.

I thought I was going crazy.

I think that most of the other polls use data from Wolfe as this poll does; the exception being Sagarin. Tellshow is already out with his BCS projection and he is normally pretty accurate. He only does the top 20 and neither Cincy or USF are in it.

Each of the computers uses their own independent formula... none but Wolfe use Wolfe's data...

... and the link you provided is not Wolfe, but a public domain poll by another (now deceased) pollster who used to be part of the BCS.
