Interesting observation about Rivals Board

I find it interesting that the Pitt rivals board has nothing on it about this weeks game. http://pittsburgh.rivals.com/forum.asp?sid=996&fid=530  They are calling their next game agains WVU as their bowl game, but have nothing posted about this week.  In fact, not much about their last game either. 

As a general statement, our board is mostly about 3 topics (1) last weeks game recap (2) our bowl game and (3) the upcoming Pitt game.  Their seems to be ragging on all their coaches, calls, their team, etc...

I know we get our fair share of the negative posts, but at least we are talking about details of the past game and the next one.

I think the week of the Cincy game UC's board had maybe one topic.

I believe Pitt/WVU is a pretty big rivalry and since the odds of them going to a bowl game are minute, that will be their bowl game.

Yeah the WVU game is going to be huge.  They'll probably give us a mention when the game gets closer.

I hope their team is looking past us and we run up the score (btw they have a post about running up the score on Rivals, too). 

It will be Coldddddd though....

They have the "back yard brawl", its the biggest game of there season, they could care less about us beating them down.

Them ignoring us is better than usual there.  In past years most of the commentary was along the lines of "Woe is us for being stuck in a conference with South Florida CC."  Also there is the required reference to the 9 national titles they won; there must be a class on this up there because a 50+ year old guy I worked with says this when Pitt football comes up around the office.
