Bull793 Posted November 9, 2007 Group: Member Topic Count: 0 Content Count: 14 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 11/09/2007 Share Posted November 9, 2007 How about changing it to "Start Strong AND Finish to WIN".Man, allowing 31 oppenent points in the first quarter alone is .......... well, pathetic. Lets be honest.Hopefully turnovers tomorrow are at a minimum, arm wrap tackeling and not bumper cars with that dominating defence back in tune, limit stupid penalties, Catch the ball, show a few new offensive plays, etc ...Think about it, USF has so much potential to be a great team. Shooting themselves in the foot so many times and having the ability to come backwith a chance to win each of those 3 lost games. A few players know about it, one play made and the win goes the other way to USF. It's a heartbreaker. But, there is so much talent on the USF team and if they stay focusedand play with desire / determination, they are going to kick some booty tomorrow!! So hopefully they start strong and finish to WIN! GO BULLS!!

That is the OC's area and once again get used to being AVERAGE.

I don't think you can make a fair assessment of the coaches ability to develop the talent we have until the better athletes, the BCS caliber kids we started getting 2 years ago are at least JRs. In case you haven't noticed, there was a major shift in the athletic ability of the kids we started landing when we entered the BE. Thats why there are so many younger kids contributing on the team. more so thasn any other team I can think of. We aren't far away from being a great team now. This team will be great with a little more maturity and expereince.

This team will be great with a little more maturity and expereince.Look, we have to develop an offense that any reasonable defense will respect. Counting on Grothe to pass 45 times and run another 18 is rediculous (sp-whatever). Develop an offense that the defense (on the opposing team) will at least respect when you DEVELOP a running game. Many teams have a running game; just in case you did not know. So, with remarkable players - especially the young ones - the OC should surely completely rework his running game or be fired!
