Homecoming is 7:00 PM for sure but don't know about UL game.

how are you so sure it is a 7:00 pm start?  previous homecomings have been during the day.

today on 1010 they said they were expecting a noon kick off for Cincy, and that we should know for sure today or 2morrow.

Noon or not this is a big game. I'd prefer the heat for the advantage of it. But Ray Jay is brutal at noon. I would say worse than the swamp at noon even with 90K fans there. Either way I'll be there and my lungs will be ready. BE championship here we come.
