This game just seems personal on a completely different level than WVU.

I can't wait to see what kind of team Rutgers has after Rice leaves. They were absolutely horrible until he showed up, and it will be interesting to see if they can stay in the mix without him. It could be like the Flutie phenomenon at Boston College, or Culpepper at UCF, or Jake Plummer at Arizona State.

the future is bright for usf in the big east. rutgers, louisville, and wv are largely dependent on a few specialty players to make their respective teams good. i think usf will always have a solid d and the offense will only improve in the future. i think year in year out we will be favored to be top of the big east.

teams can have more than one rival. who would u say is florida's rival? some would say florida state, some would say auburn, some would say georgia. just depends on who you talk to. both wv and rutgers will develop into in conference rivals. down the road i think miami will be our out of conference rival. hopefully we continue to be a solid program and they get back to being a good team. we will have the games on espn during thanksgiving weekend (i think i remember hearing that) so it could be something special the way espn hypes everything up.

They have hurt us on the schedule two years now.  Thats how. 

Why we cannot stop Rice is a mystery, we can shut down every other RB we face.

Nobody can stop Rice.  15 or 16 straight 100 yard games.  Too bad for him and his Momma that Schiano is going to use him up before he goes pro.  With all this work that guy's body will not last.  70 some odd carries(almost all up the gut) in 6 days.
