Why would he leave ucIF?  Come on, he's got a group of fans that drink so much koolaid that moral victories have greater weight than the actual win-loss column.  He's getting fat off the hog over there, with absolutely NO accountability whatsoever.

I enjoyed the part of O'Leary's contract where he earns bonuses based on turnstile attendance. No 167% padding allowed.
